Our take
For my sectional's lumbar area, these inserts are a good fit. The 12x20 size works for back support. The polyester fill is decently fluffy, but I wish it were a bit more stuffed. Spot clean only is manageable if you have covers. The price for two is reasonable. They do the job for casual use.
